Zumba Gold takes all the international and Latin music you know and love from regular Zumba, but makes it low impact. Imagine Zumba minus the jumping and with easier-to-follow choreography. This cardio workout is for anyone who loves to dance… but also wants to keep their original knees well into their 90s and beyond.
